A business trip required me to travel to Las Vegas again and immediatly I had the idea to drive the Big Circle once more – but this time it would be different!
Since I visited all the national parks on the Big Circle tour already, my goal for this trip was to visit junkyards and ghost towns along the road!
After I landed at Harry Reid Airport I immediatly received my rental car without any hassle via a platform called TURO!
The complete road trip would take me from Las Vegas via Kingman to Phoenix. Then going north to Flagstaff and further to Page. Visiting Kanab and Hurricane to return to Las Vegas from the north side – roughly estimated 1.500 Miles
The first leg of the trip was planned to take a quick drive to Kingman, Arizona right after my flight arrived at Harry Reid Airport Las Vegas. This plan enabled me to make maximal usage of the arrival day and have an early start the next day without any long travels.
The welcome gate to Route 66, Pic a part, Dan´s Autobody and the airport bone yard were nice photo locations…
